  • Where are the products made?
    All products are handmade with care and love in very small batches in Wiltshire.
  • What type of ingredients are used?
    Soy Bean wax is used as it is vegan friendly, plant based, biogradeable, has a safer, longer and cleaner burn and is natural and non-toxic. Essential oils are used over fragrance oils, chosen as they are the essence of a natural material, they have therapeutic properties and have been used to treat physical and mental ailments for thousands of years across many different cultures. Freshly dried flowers are used in some of the wax melts. In our Room Sprays, Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin is used as a preservative as formulas containing natural raw materials have a higher risk for microbial contamination.
  • Why are there cracks or frosting in the candle wax?
    Small cracks and frosting on the surface of soy bean wax candles are a natural feature. These occur as the wax cools but has no impact on the quality of the burn or scent throw.
  • Can an order be created without an account?
    Yes, it is not a requirement but it is recommended. It allows one to check their order history, save payment details and shopping basket items for future purchases creating ease for the customer.
  • Where is my order confirmation email?
    An order confirmation should be automatically sent to the customer's email address. If the customer has not received this within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder and if you are still concerned please email hello@misneachremedies.com or use the online contact form.
  • Why has my order been cancelled?
    We hope this will not happen but if it ever does, the customer will receive an email with an explanation and a full refund will be processed as soon as possible. Please contact us at hello@misneachremedies.com if this ever happens and you do not hear from us.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    As a teeny, tiny business, we hope you will not need to cancel an order but if you do, please contact hello@misneachremedies.com immediately.
  • How do I change an order?
    Please email hello@misneachremedies.com immediately and we will do our utmost to help you.
  • How long will my order take?
    Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and delivery time is usually quick. Please be patient as we are a teeny, tiny company. Please do email should you require products for a specific date and we will do our utmost to assist. Delivery time-frames do not include dispatch time-frame and parcels may occasionally take longer to arrive once handed over to Royal Mail. If a parcel has not arrived, customers should contact hello@misneachremedies.com and we will track it and advise you. Royal Mail only considers a parcel lost after 10 working days, although it is rare for a parcel to take that long to arrive.
  • Where do Misneach Remedies ship to?
    We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, UAE, USA and Europe. If you would like to order products from a different country that is not listed, please contact on hello@misneachremedies.com and we will look into shipping costings.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping in the UK is currently £3.95 but this may vary over time. Shipping to other countries vary. Due to Brexit, shipping to Ireland is £10.00, Europe similar. All shipping pricing available when you click to order a product and put in your country of delivery.
